Ginger helps to lower cholesterol and glucose levels in the blood, and lemon removes toxins and fights pathogenic microorganisms that provoke inflammatory processes in the body. This remedy is recommended to be taken in the morning and in the evening to improve immunity or for colds. The classic recipe looks like this:

grated young ginger root

lemon

honey

You will need to take grated young ginger root and 2 small lemons, pour over boiling water along with the peel and chop.
